My view from 7F

TSA employees at gate 8, Terminal E, DFW airport provided a great experience for me and other travelers this morning. How, you may ask? These TSA employees displayed happiness with their jobs and provided excellent customer engagement. No frustrated robot talking folks here! TSA agents at the other DFW terminals should be trained by these folks.

I also noticed the travelers and gate agents at United gate 8 seemed happy and calm. This E terminal experience makes me wonder are we the American Airline travelers that unhappy at DFW American terminals or is it the airline and terminal employees? So who is really setting the mood at DFW’s terminal A, C, and D?
